Service And Repair

YTFS in Northwest Arkansas has its own Service and Repair Department, composed of professional, trained technicians, to provide customers with services required under warranties on behalf of manufacturers of the equipment.

Service for our customers in the central part of Arkansas is handled by Fitness Technicians of Arkansas, Inc. Please call our Little Rock location to speak with a technician.

Please be aware that some maintenance issues fall to the responsibility of the owner and are not warranty issues; view the Owner's Manual for specifics. YTFS is still available to perform maintenance services not under warranty at normal rates.

If you are in Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, or Eastern Oklahoma, call YTFS at 1.888.521.3481 to schedule a service appointment. If you are from Central, Western, or Southern Arkansas, please call YTFS Little Rock at 501.954.9837. A service technician is available to meet you on-site to inspect and service your equipment.
